Adapting to change – the evolution of our business model following COVID19

“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, it is the one that is most adaptable to change.”

Charles Darwin

We all have to adapt to change in order to survive. You may have noticed a change in the main focus of our business over the last few months. COVID19 has had a profound impact on many individuals, families and businesses since the start of the pandemic and the tourism and heritage sector has been hit particularly hard.

Since 2015 our primary business model had focussed on increasing school group visitor numbers for tourism and heritage businesses and alongside this offering a range of training for staff. Since the start of the pandemic, the demand for our services to increase school visitor numbers to clients in the tourism sector has reduced significantly due to a combination of factors - venues being shut for one, as well as struggles in the sector financially and schools making far fewer educational visits. However, during these difficult times, demand for our work to provide Emotional Logic training to help people adapt to change has boomed! Our direct work with schools and families has grown particularly quickly so this has led us to the decision to focus our efforts on this growth area.

That is why from now on our main focus will be to work with schools and families to help children untangle life’s problems, increase their emotional intelligence and plan for the future. If you know of a school or family that would benefit from our support, please point them in the direction of our new website for further information.

Even though our main focus has changed, we will still continue to help venues increase customer visitor numbers by designing wonderful education materials if anyone needs us to, so please get in touch if this is ever something you would like us to explore w

In the meantime, please look at our new website and explore our blog pages to see what we have been up to. We have received particularly encouraging feedback from schools and families whose lives have been changed by our work.

If you know someone who is struggling, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
