Training Staff to Support Pupils
with Emotional Logic

Staff Introduction Sessions
These sessions are tailor made to meet the needs of your team and can be delivered in a range of ways.
Many schools ask us to deliver the training as part of their weekly staff meeting sessions. Others plan the training in as part of an INSET day.
Foundation Award Training
This level of training qualifies you to use our teaching materials to teach Emotional Logic skills to group of pupils using safe scenarios.
The Foundation Award is delivered online over half a term and takes approximately 20 hours of study. The course receives 20 CPD points and is validated by the University of Surrey RQLE. It is a basic entry requirement for the ELF training.

Emotional Logic Facilitator (ELF) Training
This level of training enables you to become a fully qualified Emotional Logic Facilitator so that you can support children with their real life, complex emotional problems. You must have completed the Foundation Award first.
The ELF training lasts approximately two terms and takes around 120 hours of study. Trainees can begin working with pupils immediately and operate under the supervision of a qualified coach.
