The programme was completed by 321 NHS staff members and consisted of a self-led online course, practical wellbeing resources and access to Emotional Logic tools.

Measuring Wellbeing
Participants completed the Emotional Logic Developmental Profile (ELDP) before and after the programme. This validated questionnaire, designed by doctors, measures emotional awareness, resilience, and wellbeing.
